We have experience to consign a third-party institute to do formula analysis of the sample customer supplied, in order to supply the right product as they need.
For new customers, we never promise our products match their applications 100%. Even for same product using in similar application, what different users focus on is not the same, obviously the parameters they care for will be different in some way. So, a sample evaluation is always what we suggest. Let the product speak itself.
What we expect for is long-term cooperation. So, we never attempt to persuade new customers to place a big order innitially, and we usually advise them to start with small quantity for evaluation. After all, one product does not suitable for all the customers, though they use it under similar situations.
