Eautrix MWF Preservative

Eautrix MWF Preservative is a cationic polymer microbicide effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms in metalworking fluid (MWF) systems. It is used to treat the problems, like the generation of foul odors, degradation of fluid components, and fouling of the system with the growth of biofilms. Eautrix MWF Preservative is an environment-friendly product, without those so-called toxicological concerns.

Application:

Eautrix MWF Preservative can be used to preserve both concentrated and diluted metal working fluids. The product can be formulated in the concentrated fluids, or added directly to the diluted fluids.

Directiont to use:

The concentration of Eautrix MWF Preservative in concentrated metal working fluids should guarantee 100–1000 ppm once in the final diluted fluid. And, 300–500 ppm is advised concentration of Eautrix MWF Preservative in the diluted fluids.
Eautrix MWF Preservative can also be used tankside at the range of 100–1000 ppm. Frequency of addition depends on the system conditions.
